We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

❌ Custom or personalized products.
❌ Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus a non-refundable service fee of $6.99.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us through the "Contact Us" section.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A $4.99 service fee applies and is non-refundable.
