Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production time before your order ships.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
UNITED STATES orders will be shipped via USPS and Australian Orders will be shipped via Australia Post and International Orders will be shipped based on the fulfillment center from which the product originates.

  • Average Transit times to United States and Canada: 7-14 business days      
  • Average Transit times to Australia: 8-12 business days
  • Average transit times to International destinations: 8-15 business days

Circumstances beyond our control (pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time sourcing quality yet affordable products. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with a $4.99 service charge! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be applied. After 24 hours, we cannot accept order cancellations. To cancel an order, please send an email to shoptraivello@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at shoptraivello@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

HOW MANY ATTEMPTS WILL THE CARRIER MAKE BEFORE MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?
Typically, a carrier will attempt to deliver the package twice before the package is returned.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged product

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another item free of charge.
